The Guidelines for Enhancing Parental Satisfaction toward School Management Base on Saraniyadhamma 6 of The Opportunity Expansion Schools Under Nakornsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the satisfaction condition; 2) to compare the satisfaction of student parents towards the administration of Opportunity Expansion Schools classified by personal data; and 3) to find a way to create satisfaction of student parents towards the administration according to Saraniyadhamma 6 of Opportunity Expansion Schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. It was a mixed methods research. The population was 6,828 student parents of Opportunity Expansion Schools. The samples were determined using the Krejcie & Morgan table and a simple random sampling was performed. The samples were 364 people and 9 key informants. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a confidence value of .97. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. And a semi-structured interview was used by using content analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that 1) the condition of the student parents' satisfaction towards the administration according to Saraniyadhamma 6 of Opportunity Expansion Schools, overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all 4 aspects, in order from most to least as follows: personnel management, budget management, academic administration and general administration; 2) for the sample group with different sexes and different occupations, there were different levels of opinion. For the sample group with different studies, there were different levels of opinions;  3) guidelines for creating satisfaction of student parents as follows:
 1) for academic administration, administrators should manage the work by focusing on the principle of participation and preparation of courses to meet the needs; 2) in terms of budget management, administrators should manage with transparency and decentralization; 3) in the aspect of personnel management, administrators should mobilize resources from the community and allocate welfare as appropriate; 4) in general administration, teachers, personnel and students should be responsible for taking care of the environment to facilitate learning.
