A Study of Educational Measurement and Evaluation Conditions of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phitsanulok Uttaradit

Abstract
The objective of this research article was to study the conditions of the educational measurement and evaluation of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phitsanulok Uttaradit. It was a quantitative research. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample obtained by using Crazy and Morgan's estimation tables. Stratified Random Sampling was performed by province to obtain distributed data. It consisted of 52 school administrators and 52 teachers in academic administration group, a total of 104 people. The instrument used in this research was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that the conditions of educational measurement and evaluation of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phitsanulok Uttaradit were at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was learning measurement and evaluation aspect according to learning groups and the aspect with the lowest average was the measurement and evaluation of desirable characteristics. When considering all aspects, it was found that the average was at the highest level in all aspects. The learning measurement and evaluation according to learning groups were the highest average in order, followed by measurement and evaluation of reading, analytical thinking and writing, and measurement of desirable characteristics.
