Teachers' Opinions towards the Achievement-Oriented Management of School Administrators in the United Campus Ratchayothin group under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare the opinions of teachers towards the achievement-oriented management of school administrators. The research sample was 190 teachers in the United Campus Ratchayothin group from a population of 365 people. The research tool was a questionnaire based on the Liquert Rating Scale. The confidence value of the whole questionnaire was .98. The statistics used in the research were percentage, frequency, standard deviation, mean and t-test, as well as to test the variance to analyze the data using application package. If any differences were found, the tests were performed in pairs with the Scheffe method. The results of the research were found that 1) the teachers' opinions towards the school administrators' achievement-oriented management, overall was at a high level. It was found that the aspect with the highest average was the detail of performance indicators, measurement aspect of performance verification and the strategic planning aspect of the organization having the lowest average respectively; and 2) comparing the teachers' opinions towards the achievement-oriented management of the school administrators could be summarized as follows: 2.1) teachers with different educational backgrounds had no different opinions towards the performance-oriented management of school administrators in the overall; 2.2) teachers with different work experience and academic positions had the different opinions towards the school administrators' achievement-oriented management with statistically significant difference at the .05 level in the overall.
