School Administration Model for Competency Development of Secondary School Students in the 21st Century according to Iddhipada 4

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to present a model of school administration for competency development of secondary school learners in the 21st Century according to Iddhipada 4. It was a field research which was divided into 3 steps: Step 1: to study the conditions, there were 25 key informants by using semi-structured interview and content analysis; Step 2: to create a model, there were 9 key informants by organizing group discussions and step 3: to assess the model, the experts assessed the model of 15 people. A tool used in this research was assessment form. The statistics used was percentage. The results of the research revealed that the model of school administration to develop student competency in the 21st Century in Nakhon Sawan Province according to Iddhipada 4 found that 1) in the aspect of planning according to Chanda, there was 1 model; based on Viriya, there was 1 model; according to Vimangsa, there were 4 models; 2) in terms of organizational arrangements according to Chanda, there were 2 models; based on Viriya, there was 1 model; according to Citta, there was 1 model; and according to Vimangsa, there was 1 model; 3) for leadership according to Chanda, there were 6 models; based on Viriya, there were 2 models; according to Citta, there were 2 models; and according to Vimangsa, there were 5 models; and 4) in terms of organizational control according to Chanda, there were 2 models; based on Viriya, there was 1 model; according to Citta, there were 2 models; and according to Vimangsa, there were 2 models. And the results of the model assessment were 100% in all aspects.
