Components of Super Leadership of Basic Education School Administrators

Abstract
The purposes of this research article aimed to study the components of super leadership of Basic Education School Administrators. There were 2 steps in this process: 1) to study the documents about the components of super leadership of Basic Education School Administrators from 13 sources in order to synthesize the components of super leadership of Basic Education School Administrators; 2) to examine appropriateness and possibility of the components of super leadership of Basic Education School Administrators with confirmation from a qualified persons. This was a mixed methods research consisting of quantitative and qualitative research. The research tools were interviews with experts and a questionnaire for experts to confirm the components. Key informants were 5 experts. Statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Data analysis was done by analyzing and interpreting the mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) from document synthesis and interviews with experts, the components of super leadership of Basic Education School Administrators consisted of 6 components, namely (1) building self-leadership, (2) being a model of self-leadership, ( 3) setting goal and vision, (4) positive empowerment, (5) supporting and reinforcement, and (6) building a culture of self-leadership; and 2) the results of suitability and feasibility checks from the confirmation of the experts found that the components that were appropriate and feasible in each aspect, respectively, were (1) creating self-leadership ( = 4.80), (2) being a model of self-leadership (
= 4.80 ), (3) positive empowerment (
= 4.80), (4) supporting and reinforcement (
= 4.80), (5) setting goal and vision (
=4.60), and (6) building a culture of self-leadership (
=4.60).
