Development Guidelines for Good Governance Management of Khlong Suan Mak School Group, Kamphaeng Phet Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the conditions and problems of administration using good governance of the administrators of Khlong Suan Mak School Group, Kamphaeng Phet Province; and 2) to study the management development guidelines using good governance of the administrators of Khlong Suan Mak School Group, Kamphaeng Phet Province. It was a qualitative research consisting of 11 school administrators, 108 teachers, 119 in total, and 17 experts. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the administrative conditions found that (1) in the aspect of academic, there were academic activities in collaboration with communities and other educational institutions; (2) in terms of budget, there was a report to follow up on the use of the budget that is clear; (3) in the aspect of personnel, school administrators and teachers were ready to perform their duties; (4) in terms of general administration, there was an educational resource management that was ready to serve and administrative problems using good governance of administrators of Khlong Suan Mak School Group. It was found that 1) in terms of academic, there was a clear monitoring report on budget usage; (2) in terms of budget, the budget transfer request was accurate and verifiable; (3) in terms of personnel, school administrators and teachers were ready to perform their duties; (4) in the aspect of general administration, there were student activities to increase skills and experience for students; and 2) the management development guidelines using good governance of Khlong Suan Mak School group administrators found that 1) in terms of academic, administrators should assign tasks to teachers in charge of academic projects to summarize tasks, and SAR was provided by the academic supervisors; 2) in terms of budget, administrators and teachers should have a proper collection, purchasing, procurement system; 3) in terms of personnel, administrators should recruit knowledgeable and competent personnel and with qualifications to suit the job received; 4) in terms of general administration, administrators should examine the environment to be suitable for teaching and learning.
