Criteria Management Public Sector Management Quality Affecting Internal Assurance of Sport School Under Thailand National Sports University

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were 1) to study the management according to the quality criteria of public administration and the internal quality of sports schools under Thailand National Sports University; 2) to study the relationship of the management according to the quality criteria of public administration and the internal quality of sports schools under Thailand National Sports University; and 3) to create a forecasting equation for the management according to the quality criteria of public administration affecting the internal quality of sports schools under Thailand National Sports University. The samples used in this research were civil servants and educational personnel of sports schools under Thailand National Sports University of 274 people from a population of 905 people. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that 1) the management according to the quality criteria of public administration and the internal quality of sports schools under Thailand National Sports University, overall, was at a high level; 2) the management according to the quality criteria of public administration in every aspect was related to the internal quality of sports schools under Thailand National Sports University as a whole, the level was quite high to very high with statistical significance at the 0.01 level; and 3) the management variables according to the quality criteria of public administration in the aspect of performance-oriented, workforce focus and strategic planning can jointly explain the variance or predict the internal quality at 75 percent with a statistical significance at the .01 level.
