Effectiveness of Schools by Administration according to Good Governance of Administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the effectiveness of schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office; 2) to study the level of good governance use by administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office; 3) to study the relationship between the effectiveness of schools and the good governance use of administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office; and 4) to find predictors used to predict the effectiveness of schools and the good governance use of administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The population and the sample were 345 teachers and personnel of schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research tools were questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: 1) the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat had the overall and individual averages of 4.15 at a high level; 2) the good governance use by administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office had the overall mean and the each mean of 4.14 at a high level; 3) the correlation coefficient between school effectiveness and the good governance use of administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that the overall correlation was high (RXY) .726 and there was a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level ; and 4) the results of multiple regression analysis for predicting school effectiveness could predict the good governance use of administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office that can jointly predict the effectiveness of schools by having the predictive power of 61.10%.
