Academic Administration Model towards Excellence according to Iddhipada 4 of Primary Schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research article were 1) to study the conditions of academic administration; 2) to create an academic administration model towards excellence according to Iddhipada 4; and 3) to evaluate an academic administration model towards excellence according to Iddhipada 4 of primary schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research was divided into 3 steps: 1) in terms of studying the conditions of academic administration, there was population of 1,217 people, sample group of 291 people; 2) in the aspect of creating an academic administration model, there were 9 key informants by organizing group discussions; and 3) in evaluating academic administration models, there were 15 experts. The tool used was an evaluation form for academic administration towards excellence according to Iddhipada 4 of primary schools consisting of 4 aspects: correctness, appropriateness, possibility in practice and usefulness. Statistics used were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) the conditions of academic administration of primary schools, overall performance results were at a high level ( =3.90, S.D.=.731). Considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average was for media and teaching, followed by education quality assurance and the lowest average was measurement and evaluation; 2) academic administration model for excellence according to Iddhipada 4 of primary schools consisted of 6 models: 1) curriculum according to Iddhipada 4; 2) teaching according to Iddhipada 4; 3) media and teaching according to Iddhipada 4; 4) measurement and evaluation according to Iddhipada 4; 5) internal supervision according to Iddhipada 4; 6) education quality assurance according to Iddhipada 4; and 3) evaluation of the academic administration model towards excellence according to Iddhipada 4 of primary schools in terms of correctness, appropriateness, possibility in practice, and usefulness.
