Developing Learning in Using Digital Technology as a Management Tool for Government Agencies

Abstract
The purpose of this academic article was to propose the development of learning in using digital technology as a management tool for government agencies. It was found that personnel in Thai government agencies were not familiar to work with digital technology causing operational errors to occur over and over again. Therefore, Therefore, it created anxiety and self-doubt for personnel. It was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do it myself until a negative mindset arose or a stuck mindset and tried to return to the old way of working. This was not beneficial to the policy of developing administration with digital technology. For being successful in solving such problems, there must be a solution by developing personnel in 3 areas: 1) creating a growth mindset that were ready to learn and accepted management with digital technology; 2) developing personnel to have various learning styles; and 3) developing the role of corporate executives in supporting the use of digital technology.
