นันทนาการเชิงอัตลักษณ์และพื้นที่ปลอดภัย: กรอบ 3C เพื่อพัฒนาสุขภาวะ สำหรับผู้สูงวัยที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศในสังคมไทย

ประเทศไทยกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่จุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญของโครงสร้างประชากรและทิศทางนโยบายด้านความหลากหลายทางเพศ เมื่อสังคมสูงวัยทวีความชัดเจนควบคู่กับการรับรองกฎหมายสมรสเท่าเทียม กลุ่มผู้สูงวัยที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBTQ+) จึงกลายเป็นประชากรสำคัญที่ต้องการพื้นที่และกิจกรรมที่ปลอดภัย สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ และส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างรอบด้าน บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์และบทบาทของนันทนาการในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะองค์รวมของผู้สูงวัย LGBTQ+ ในประเทศไทย 2) วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและรูปแบบของกิจกรรมนันทนาการที่เหมาะสม 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยและแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่นันทนาการที่ปลอดภัยและเป็นมิตรที่ตอบสนองความต้องการเฉพาะในบริบทสังคมไทยและกฎหมายสมรสเท่าเทียม และ 4) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่นันทนาการที่ปลอดภัยและข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงกิจกรรมนันทนาการ โดยใช้การสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้จากเอกสารทางวิชาการ บทความวิจัย และบทวิเคราะห์ทางสังคมไทย
ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ผู้สูงวัย LGBTQ+ ยังคงเผชิญความเปราะบางทั้งทางร่างกาย จิตใจ และสังคม จากการตีตรา การขาดโครงสร้างสนับสนุน และข้อจำกัดทางวัฒนธรรม ขณะที่นันทนาการมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะองค์รวมผ่านกิจกรรมที่ปลอดภัย เปิดกว้าง และเคารพอัตลักษณ์เฉพาะของกลุ่ม โดยผู้เขียนได้เสนอกรอบแนวคิด 3C ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การดูแล (Care) ความเชื่อมโยง (Connection) และความมั่นใจ (Confidence) ในฐานะกรอบต้นแบบที่สังเคราะห์ขึ้นใหม่ เพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบกิจกรรมและพื้นที่นันทนาการอย่างเป็นระบบ สำหรับความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมายพบว่า ผู้สูงวัย LGBTQ+ ปรารถนาพื้นที่ที่เปิดรับความหลากหลาย มีความปลอดภัย และเอื้อให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างแท้จริง โดยพื้นที่นันทนาการที่เหมาะสมควรครอบคลุมทั้งการเข้าถึงทางกายภาพ ความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจ และการมีบทบาทในกระบวนการออกแบบร่วมกับชุมชน อีกทั้งได้นำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การส่งเสริมนโยบายและการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐอย่างเป็นระบบ 2) การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำและขยายโอกาสการเข้าถึงกิจกรรมนันทนาการ 3) การบูรณาการสุขภาวะ อัตลักษณ์ และเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ และ 4) การวางกลยุทธ์เพื่อความยั่งยืนผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและกลไกระดับชาติ ทั้งนี้ นันทนาการจึงไม่ใช่เพียงกิจกรรมเพื่อความบันเทิง หากแต่เป็นกลไกเชิงสังคมที่สามารถเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะ ยืนยันอัตลักษณ์ และขับเคลื่อนความเสมอภาคในสังคมไทยร่วมสมัยได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
