Legal Integration for Local Economy Development in Pa Daet District Chiang Rai Province

            According to the research, it was found that the majority of people faced problems with arable land. With the lack of right documents on the arable land According to the provisions of the Land Code Act 1954, Article 8 and some of them have a NACC document, which has limitations on land use. Is an obstacle to investing in securities or As a result of the Agricultural Land Reform Act 2518, Section 39 “The principle that the land to which a person is entitled by agricultural land reform cannot divide or transfer the rights of such land to others it is a legacy to a statutory heir or transfer to a farmer institution or For the benefit of agricultural land reform, 2518, Section 39” as well as participation in forest areas as well.

In this research, there are guidelines for integrating laws to develop community foundations economy in Pa Daet District Chiang Rai Considering the legal problems that are obstacles to the communities in the Pa Daet district

The first guideline is to integrate the law into "Code of Land and Resource Management" that is a promotion law and support the local people to have the powers and duties to protect and manage the sustainable use of the forest.
The second guideline is integration between state policy and Land law by delegating powers to lower-level agencies or sharing powers in the form of committees to make law enforcement more convenient, faster and more fair. It must start with participation from local people up to government agencies. It is not an initiative from the state to apply to the people.
