THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUPERVISION MODEL TO PROMOTE TEACHING ACCORDING TO THE PHILOSOPHY OF SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY FOR TEACHERS AT THE BASIC EDUCATION LEVEL

Abstract
The research objectives were to 1) study the components and indicators of learning happiness and instructional guidelines to enhance learning happiness; 2) develop an instructional model and 3) study the effect of using the model. The sample consisted of fifteen grade 7 students at Ban Ngew school. The research instrument was a model manual and a learning management plan. The tools used to collect the data were the Learning happiness scale, the Learning achievement scale, and the satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used include IOC, mean (X̅), standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test. The study revealed the following results; 1) The results of the study of general information revealed that the current state of supervision at a high level the problem was at a moderate level and the need for supervision was at a high level. 2) The supervision model has the following components: (1) Principles (2) Objectives (3) Content (4) Duration and (5) Supervision process which create cooperation, goal setting, academic visits, interconnectedness, and concluding discussions; and (6) measurement and evaluation. 3) Analytical thinking ability of learners Late elementary school and junior high school students After studying, it was significantly higher than before at the .05 level. 4) The results of the supervision model assessment revealed that the input, process, and output were found to be appropriate was at a high level (X̅= 4.04, S.D. = 0.14).
