Human Resource Development according to Sappurisa-Dhamma of the General Education Section of PhraPariyattidhamma Schools, Lamphun Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to; 1) to study the problem of human resource development according to Suppurisa-Dhamma of the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools, 2) to compare the development of human resource according to Suppurisa-Dhamma classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the integration of Sappurisa-Dhamma in human resource development of the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools, Lamphun  Province.

This research was a mixed method. The populations were consisted of administrators, teachers, and personnel of the General Education Section of Phra Pariyattidhamma Schools, Lamphun  Province. The samples were 136 people from collecting data by using questionnaire and the data were analyzed by using the program for social science research. In the part of open-ended questions showed the problems, obstacles and suggestions, the researcher arranged the group according to the issues of open- end and the interview data, group data and then content analysis technique
