Administrative Management Model Applying Tricikkha Principle by Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Education Province

Abstract

The main purposes of this research were 1) to study the Management context of Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Education Province; 2 ) to create the management model applying Tisikkha Principle by for Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Education Province; and 3) to present for the management model applying Tisikkha Principle by of Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Education Province. This research uses qualitative research methods. The study results revealed that: 1) On the management context study of Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Education Province showed there were 4 issues of management: 1. on academic concern, it involved curriculum and teaching management, and the evaluation on learners’ progress, 2.  budget management, it involved financial management and budget control; 3. on staff members, it involved the center administrators’ leadership, parents and community participation, the staff members unity, and the staff development management, and 4. general management, it involved planning, organizing, leading or directing and controlling. 2) On the Buddhist management model applying Tisikkha Principle by for Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Education Province, it was found that: 2 .1 ) the model of academic concern followed the 4 Precepts, 5 Concentrations and 3 Wisdom Buddhist concepts; 2.2) the model of budget management followed the 4 Precepts, 5 Concentrations and 3 Wisdom Buddhist concepts; 2.3) the model of staff management followed the 4 Precepts, 4 Concentration and 3 Wisdom Buddhist concepts; 2.4) the model of general management followed the 4 Precepts, 5 Concentrations and 3 Wisdom Buddhist concepts. 3) to propose a guideline of the management model applying Tiisikkha Principle by of Wat Chaeng General Education School under Nakhon Si Thammarat.
