The Quality Bilingual Childhood’s School Management Model in Thailand 4.0 Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

The objectives of  this research are; 1) to study state of the quality bilingual childhood’s school   management Model  in Nakhon Si Thammarat.                          2) to study  of the quality bilingual Childhood’s School   management model  in Thailand 4.0 Nakhon Si Thammarat. 3) to propose the quality bilingual Childhood’s School   management model  in Thailand 4.0 Nakhon Si Thammarat. The ethodology  of research were the  qualitative Research. The data were collected  by document investigator and observation about bilingual childhood’s school  in 6 school, in-depth interviews with  3 Key informants and focus group discussions with 7 experts.

The results of the research found that:

1) The state of  the quality bilingual childhood’s school   management Model  in Nakhon Si Thammarat were difference methods and process to beginning the school but overall were Implement the policy and follow the course of Ministry of Education in C.E. 2001. Learning management process were focus to development of 4 major and English communication skills. 2) The quality bilingual Childhood’s School   management model  in Thailand 4.0 Nakhon Si Thammarat  consisted of 4 parts; 1) The title 2)The principle 3) The objectives 4) Management process by system approach; 4.1) input 4.2)process 4.3) output

3)  The quality bilingual Childhood’s School   management model  in Thailand 4.0 Nakhon Si Thammarat  was examined and approved by the experts with its suitability and applicability in actual operation. Had additional suggestions in Learner development process by 3 step Include  Preparation, Process and Check.
