Guideline for the Development of Learner Quality in Thailand 4.0 of Private Elementary School, Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study a guideline for the development of private schools’ learners 2) to compare the guideline for the development of quality of the learners, and 3) to compare guideline for improving the quality of the learners of private schools’ learners in Thailand 4.0 in Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research methodology was a survey, consisting of quantitative research, using a sampling technique, consisting of 12 schools and a 206 participants. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire designed by the researcher with discrepancy in .774 The statistics used were frequency, percentage mean, standard deviation, and LSD method (Least Significant Different) and hypotheses were tested using the t-test dependent sample and F-test. The findings were as follows:

• Overall, the level development of the quality of learners in Thailand 4.0 was high. When each aspect is separately considered, the level of an aspect of a good man was highest, whereas the level of an aspect of a competent man and qualified person was high.

2)  Result of comparison of participatory management, classified by age, position, work experience, it was found that the level of learner quality development, in general, was not significantly different at the .05.

3)  Suggestions given by interviewees indicated the import role of school administrators and teachers for the success of the schools to develop learners to their fullest potential, according to the learner's standards, apply appropriately, achieve objectives, and to improve and develop.
