Competency Development of Personnel in New Normal Education

Abstract
This article aims at analyzing the competency development of personnel in the new normal education. From the study through documents, articles and participatory sharing and learning with educational personnel as an important force in driving the country i.e. because education is a process of developing personal growth in intellectual, emotional and social aspects. The competency development of personnel in new normal education is the analysis of the results, using synthesis approach by data reduction, data systemization and interpretation leading to conclusion. Competency development of personnel in new normal education is the awareness of developing and learning for perceiving new things that are different from the existing experiences by considering the consistency and suitability with the new normal that emphasizes systematic thinking in new knowledge resulting balances in characteristics, knowledge, skills and attitudes.
