THE CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS IN THE 21st CENTURY UNDER THE OFFICE OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 21, NONGKHAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as the followings: 1) To study the level of creative leadership of school administrators; 2) To study the level of learning management of teachers in the 21^st century; 3) To study the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and learning management of teachers in the 21^st century; and 4) To create predicted equation of learning management of teachers in the 21^st century from creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nong Khai Province. The samples of this research were 291 teachers and educational personnel under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 21 in Nong Khai Province. They were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-level Likert’s scale questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was on the inquiry of the creative leadership of school administrators. The statistics used for analyzing the data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were as the followings. 1.The overall and by aspect of the creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nong Khai Province were at a high level. 2.The overall and by aspect of the learning management of teachers in the 21^st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nong Khai Province were at a high level. 3. The creative leadership of school administrators and learning management of teachers in the 21^st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nong Khai Province was positively associated at a high level with a statistical significance at the 0.5 level. The factors that were related to the learning management of teachers in the 21^st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nong Khai Province included flexibility, vision, imagination, creativity and the aspect of being a person of change. 4. Predicted equation of learning management of teachers in the 21^st century from creative leadership of school the administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 in Nong Khai Province showed that the creative leadership of the school administrators was the best predictor in the following aspects: flexibility (); imagination (); being a person of change (); and having a vision (), these factors could predict with the efficiency of 70.20%
