Abstract

School administration is a systematic order management. It defines the processes that are essential to the administrative process. It includes the processes in the implementation of a group of persons for the civic administration aiming at the abilities of learners by applying the principles and processes of administration starting from planning, organizing educational institutions, managing personnel, directing, coordinating, making decision, reporting of performance, financing and budgeting, including other works related to the schools. However, the essential component of being a good school administrator also relies on qualities of a good man or Sappurisa-dhamma 7. Therefore, fabulous school administrators that deserve recognition, ethics, good leaders, and confidence in being a leader, are inevitably the driving force to be a dignified school administrator and will lead the organization to effectiveness and success.
