ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING MANAGEMENT FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA

Abstract
The objective of this article aims to propose concepts and methods of the English Language Learning Management for undergraduate students in the New Normal. The vital theoretical concepts: 1) Teach Less Learn More approach, 2) Interactive Multimedia, 3) Language Learning Process and 4) Constructivist are incorporated with learning management and language teaching approaches for communication that reinforce the barriers of language teaching. These approaches employed as the principal concept to develop the new language learning management methods which efficaciously foster the competences of English Language for communication.
