Influence of English loanwords in Thai

Abstract
This academic article focuses on studying English loan words in Thai language by studying the influence of language change by borrowing words from English that appeared in Thai. It was found that caused by 5 main reasons: 1) Relativistic relationship, territorial contact, or close to a friend 2) Trade relations contacting, trading, and exchanging products with foreign countries 3) Religion and culture, dissemination of foreign arts and literature to Thailand 4) Education and sport as Thai students go to study abroad, they receive many knowledge and science courses diplomatic relations developing friendship between Thailand and foreign countries. English is the widespread international language that can be communicated all over the world. The long trade with the Kingdom of Thailand until the reign of King Rama III, Thai language began to borrow words from English in the form of Thai pronunciation, as well as the masters and civil servants who had studied English and missionaries to spread Christianity, English has become a more active role in the Thai language. In the reign of King Rama IV, he saw the benefits of studying English as well, resulting in more widespread English loanwords in Thai.
