BEHAVIOR OF ELECTORAL MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE IN KHON KAEN PROVINCE. CONSTITUENCY 1

Abstract
This article titled objectives: 1) to study the level of the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives; 2) to study the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives based on the Four Agati Dhammas (Prejudice); 3) to compare the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives according to the personal factors and the Four Agati Dhammas; 4) to study the guidelines to promote the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives in Khon Kaen Province, Constituency 1. The samples of this study included 400 people and 10 key informants. The research tools used in this research were: the questionnaire and the interview form. The obtained data were analyzed by the social science computer program, and analysis of the content and contexts.
The research results were as follows:
1) The level of the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives of people in Khon Kaen Province, Constituency 1 in overall was statistically at a high level.
2) The level of the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives of people in Khon Kaen Province, Constituency 1, based on the Four Agati Dhammas in overall was statistically at a high level.
3) The comparative results of the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives of people indicated that people with differences in gender and monthly income showed their behaviors in electing the Members of the House of Representatives indifferently but those with differences in age, marriage status, education, occupation, Chandagati (prejudice caused by love), Dosagati (prejudice caused by hatred) and Bhayagati (prejudice caused by fear) showed their the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives differently with the statistical significance level of 0.05, complied with the set hypothesis.
4) To promote the behavior in electing the Members of the House of Representatives in Khon Kaen Province, Constituency 1, the relevant agencies should educate people about the election tangibly to all groups of people, and should provide knowledge about the use of thoughtfulness in the election according to Buddhist principles.
