Digital Readership of the Administrators in Century 21 of Vocationnal Commission College in Khon khan Province

Abstract

             The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators under Khon Kaen Vocational Education and 2) to compare the current situation of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators classified by position, sex and educational institution size. The sample group used in this research consisted of 45 educational institution administrators and 272 teachers under Khon Kaen Vocational Education, with the total number of 317 people by using stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing data comprised frequency, percentage, mean), standard deviation and T-test.

          The research results were found that:

1. The current situation of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators under Khon Kaen Vocational Education, in overall, was rated at a high level, when considering in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the ability in using digital tools, followed by technology learning environment. The aspect with the lowest average was measurement and assessment.


2. The current situation comparison of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators classified by position, sex and educational institution size was found that:

          2.1 The analysis results of comparison of gender status between male and female of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators, in each aspect, were found that professional development aspect had statistically significant difference at 0.05 level, and other four aspects had no statistically significant difference at 0.05 level.

          2.2 The analysis results of comparison of positional status in educational institutions between administrators and teachers of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators, in each aspect, were found that five aspects had statistically significant difference at 0.05 level.

          2.3 The analysis results of comparison of small, medium and large educational institutions of digital leadership of the 21^st century educational institution administrators, in each aspect, were found that five aspects had statistically significant difference at 0.05 level.
