The development of English Communication

Abstract

Academic article on the development of English communication is aimed at studying English communication problems and to study patterns of English communication development problems. The document study was found that Thai people cannot speak English cause of they do not practice speaking English, not having the patience to practice speaking English, not trying to do things that have never been done due to shyness, so they are afraid to pronounce the accent like a native speaker, knowing too little of the basic English vocabulary used in everyday life is therefore unable to communicate. Thai people have been learning English for more than ten years, when foreigners chat with them, they are unable to understand when interpreting what foreigners say, they will translate words directly, not knowing and not understanding English grammar when speaking English, they will think of grammatical structure sentences, which are different from speaking Thai that can speak immediately due to using of speaking Thai. There are three models for the development of English communication: model 1, watching foreign movies, model 2, using various simulations in the practice of English communication skills, such as giving directions, personality descriptions, speaking for advice etc., and model 3 using flash cards.
