DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP IN DIGITAL SOCIETY ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF BHAVANA 4 OF LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS, DIBUK PHANG-NGA WITTAYAYON SCHOOL, PHANG-NGA DISTRICT, PHANG-NGA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research titled “Leadership Development In Digital Society according to the Principle of Bhavana 4 of the lower secondary school students, Dibuk Phangnga Wittayayon School, Mueang Phang-nga District, Phang-nga Province” included the following objectives: 1) to study the concepts and theories of leadership in digital society according to the principle of Bhàvanà 4 of the lower secondary school students, Dibuk Phang-nga Wittayayon School, Phang-nga District, Phang-nga Province; 2) to investigate the principle of Bhàvanà 4 existing in Theravada Buddhist scriptures; and 3) to develop leadership in digital society according to the principle of Bhavana 4 of the lower secondary school students, Dibuk Phang-nga Wittayayon School, Phang-nga District,  Phang-nga Province.  It was a qualitative research focusing on documentary research and in-depth interviews. It was descriptively presented. Findings of this research were as follows. Regarding leadership development in digital society according to the principle of Bhàvanà 4 of the lower secondary school students, Dibuk Phang-Nga Wittayayon School, Phang-nga District, Phang-nga Province, it was found that the principle of Bhàvanà 4 applied in developing students in digital society made them properly live their daily lives with neither harming themselves nor society that was based on the practical principle in areas of body, precepts, mind, and wisdom.
