THE ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS AFFECTING LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE 21ST CENTURY UNDER UDONTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purposes of this research included: 1) to study the level of school administrative factors under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office; 2) to study the level of learning management in the 21st century of schools under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office; 3) to study the relationship between administrative factors and learning management in the 21st century of schools under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office; 4) to create a predictive equation of learning management in the 21st century of schools under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office. The results of this research were as follows. 1. Regarding the level of school administrative factors under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, the overall school administrative factors affecting learning management in the 21st century under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. When it was considered by aspect, the aspect with the highest level was information technology. 2. For the level of learning management in the 21st century of schools under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, it was found that the overall learning management in the 21st century under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. When it was considered by aspect, proactive learning management was at the highest level. 3. The administration and learning management in the 21st under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office were related. 4. Predictive equation of learning management in the 21^st of schools under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office were as follows:
