Abstract
The objective of this article is to present the results of the study on the learning process for promoting food security and the development of the learning process towards the transformation of food security in the community through the process of mental development in accordance with Buddhism including: mindfulness; determination; consideration of seeing things as they are; development of knowledge, abilities and ideas of enhancing food security of households and communities.; awareness and interest in problems of consumption; a review of ideas and set of goals for change; and confidence and emphasis on sustainable self-reliance
