THE PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT OF TEACHER IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE SISAKET YASOTHON.

Abstract
This research aimed to study: (1) the state of the participative management of teachers in schools (2) the comparison of the state of the participative management of teachers in schools and (3) the suggestions for the promotion and development of the participative management of teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon. The sample groups used in this study were 350 people; namely, school administrators and teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon. The research tools were rating scale questionnaires, Statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard derivation, t-test and F-test on the difference pair test of Scheffe’s method.The research findings were as follows: 1)The state of the participative management of teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon as a whole was found to be at high level. 2) The comparison results of the state of the participative management of teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon were classified by conditions as a whole and each category was found to have statistically significant differences at .05 level. 3) Suggestions for the promotion and development of the participative management of teachers in schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon were found that the teachers should have opportunities for participating in the meeting to understand policies and comprehend the practice guidelines for various operations. Moreover, they should be considered in performance planning and working together within the scope of responsibilities as well as performance evaluations in every working process according to objective assessments. Furthermore, the teachers required to participate in congratulations and appreciate the achievements shared by all divisions equally and fairly. In addition, the teachers should be participated in presentations as the resolutions of the meeting democratically.
