DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING COURSES BASED ON BLENDED LEARNING CONCEPTS TO EMPOWER TEACHERS FOR THE CENTURY 21ST

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to study teacher competency guidelines according to the blended learning concept training course to enhance teacher competency for the 21st century; 2) to develop a training curriculum based on the blended learning concept to enhance competency. of teachers into the 21st century 3) to study student satisfaction with training courses based on the concept of blended learning to enhance teacher competency for the 21st century. is an undergraduate student Computer Studies 30 students from Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University were obtained using purposive sampling. The research tools consisted of 1) a training course based on the blended learning concept to enhance teacher competency for the 21st century. Measurements and assessments were 1) assessment of the quality of training courses and 2) assessment of satisfaction with training courses. The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of percentages.
