GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION SKILL IN THE 21st CENTURY ACCORDING TO THE 4 POWER OF PRIVATE SCHOOL IN NONG BUA LAM PHU PROVINCE

Abstract

This objectives of this research were : 1) To study the skills of school administration in the 21st century according to the 4 Influences of private schools in Nong Bua Lamphu Province 2) To propose guidelines for the development of school administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4 Influence Principles of private schools in the province Nong Bua Lamphu by using research regulations mixed method The sample group consisted of 214 administrators and teachers/person. Semi-structured questionnaires and interviews. by using statistical analysis to find the mean standard deviation and content analysis.The research findings were revealed as follows: 1) Educational institute administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4 powers of private schools in Nong Bua Lamphu Province Overall, it is at the highest level. The overall classification by aspect was at a high level, in descending order, the top three were: technology skills and digital use. analytical thinking skills and interpersonal skills, respectively. 2) Guidelines for developing educational institution administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4th power of private schools in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province is to survey the needs of personnel for self-development in order to formulate a personnel development plan. Perform duties with honesty, persistence, and delegate tasks according to their aptitudes and abilities. Take care and help the coworkers. Provide opportunities to meet with colleagues to build friendships. Behave and work consistently have sacrifice have a kind heart Give help to colleagues devote time to duty be a good adviser Work with success and responsibility be a good role model Build morale, be neutral, stay calm when rejected or gossip. fair consideration and know how to suppress maintain a stable mood Respect the rights of subordinates at a high level The researcher saw that School administrators have love and faith in their careers. Behave honestly and consistently, make sacrifices, devote time to work to the fullest. Pay attention to the co-workers Assign tasks according to your abilities and help others. be a good adviser Work with success and take responsibility for assigned tasks. Build morale and morale for subordinates neutral and indifferent to denial or gossip and consider the merits and preferences of their subordinates fairly This corresponds to the concept of the 4 Dharma Itthibath principles that are dharmas used in work: Chanda, Viriya, Chitta and Vimangsa.
