MANAGEMENT TOWARDS EXCELLENCE BASED ON BASIS FOR SUCCESS OF PRIVATE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE EDUCATION OF NONG BUA LAMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract

This objectives of this research were: 1) Study the administration of educational institutions towards excellence in accordance with the 4 privileges of private school administrators. Under the Education of Nong Bua Lamphu Province 2) Propose guidelines for management towards excellence of private school administrators. Under the Education of Nong Bua Lamphu Province by using research regulations mixed method The sample group consisted of 214 administrators and teachers/person. Semi-structured questionnaires and interviews. by using statistical analysis to find the mean standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were revealed as follows: 1) Administration of educational institutions towards excellence according to the 4 privileges of private school administrators Under the Education of Nong Bua Lamphu Province Overall, it is at the highest level. The overall classification of each aspect was at a high level, in descending order, the top three were: 1. Performance in accordance with the principle of power 4, with a mean 4.82, standard deviation 0.03; 2.
