THE EFFECTING OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON PRIMARY HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

This research had the following objects: 1) to study the effecting of servant leadership and organizational culture on primary healthcare management. 2) to describe and illustrate the elements of service leadership corporate culture and primary health management. 3) to illustrate the elements of service leadership that influence organizational culture and predict the outcome of primary health management. And to study recommendations on the appropriate management of primary health care. The samples were 341 members using Taro Yamane's formula who were at medical personnel of the sub-district health Promotion Hospital In the area of Ubon Ratchathani province, Sisaket province, Yasothon province and Amnat Charoen province. And key informant 12 members. The analysis statistic are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test analysis, and multi regression analysis. The results present that 1) the Servant Leadership corporate culture and primary health management Overall, it was at a high level ( = 4.34). The side with the highest mean is Service leadership (( = 4.57), followed by primary health management (( = 4.36), and the least mean aspect was organizational culture ( = 4.09). 2) Service Leadership corporate culture with primary health management There was a statistically significant correlation in the same direction at the .01 level with r = .55, .61 and .50. 3) Helping Others foresight and working with integrity can forecast primary health management of health promoting hospitals in sub-districts in Ubon Ratchathani province, Yasothon province, Amnat Charoen province and Sisaket provinces were statistically significant. The forecast values ​​were .35, .18 and .14 respectively. including having a common influence at 38 percent. 4) Recognizing the differences of each individual working together Throughout the leadership training to the opinion, or have different ideas about primary health management and the importance of corporate culture together with a focus on development or escalation in helping others foresight and working with integrity which are all factors that affect Advances in primary health management systems
