Abstract

Research on Guidelines for the development of academic administration of school administrators to expand educational opportunities Under the Surin Province Primary Education Service Area Office Its objectives are 1) to study the current condition. Desirable condition Academic administration of school administrators expands educational opportunities. The research was divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 studied current conditions and desirable conditions. The sample group was the school expanding educational opportunities. Under the Surin Province Primary Education Service Area Office using the school as a random unit The sample size was determined according to Krejcie and Morgan ready-made tables. Multistage randomization was performed. randomly separated by affiliation with educational service area office to get the number of the specified size The proportion of the sample group was divided in each study area. Then, the ratio was compared to 136 educational institutions. The key informants were 136 educational institution administrators and 136 academic supervisor teachers, a total of 272 people. The tool was a questionnaire. with a consistency index of 0.60 – 1.00. Phase 2 developed guidelines for the development of academic administration by the researcher and Phase 3 assessed the guidelines. The results of the assessment of suitability and feasibility and the usefulness of the approach The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation. and the Required Priority Index The results of the research were as follows: 1. The current state of academic administration at a high level Desirable condition At the highest level. 2. Guidelines for developing academic administration of school administrators to expand educational opportunities in Surin Province.
