PEOPLE’S RIGHT AND GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD GOVERNANCE EFFECTING TO QUALITY OF LIFE UNDER THE COVID-19 SITUATION IN UBON RATCHATHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research had the following objects: 1) to study the people’s right under the COVID Situation. 2) to study the government administration under the principles of good governance. 3) to study quality of life under the COVID-19 situation and 4) to study the relationship between people right and government administration under the principles of good governance effecting to quality of life under the COVID-19 situation in Ubon Ratchathani province. The researcher used a questionnaire for collecting from 400 respondents of people in Ubon Ratchathani province. The Statistic is frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis. The results show that 1) People's rights under the COVID-19 situation in Ubon Ratchathani province were moderate level for all components. When considering in each aspect with the highest average was the terms of labor rights, followed by community and environmental rights, and the least was the education’s right. 2) government administration under the principles of good governance were moderate level for all components. When considering in each aspect with the highest average was the terms of rule of law, followed by transparency, and the least was participation of people. 3) The quality of life under the COVID-19 situation were moderate level for all components. When considering in each aspect with the highest average was the terms of mental, followed by an environment, and the least was social relationship. 4) The leadership between the people’s right, government administration under the principles of good governance Effecting to the quality of life effectiveness at a statistically significant level of 0.01 in the same direction at a moderate to high level.
