THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR TEACHERS' CLASSROOM RESEARCH TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION BY ADHERING TO A TEAMWORK PROCESS IN SAINAMPEUNG SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) Study the composition and develop a model of academic management model for teachers' classroom research to enhance the quality of education by adhering to a teamwork process in Sainampeung school. 2) To experiment and evaluate the development of academic management model for teachers' classroom research to enhance the quality of education by adhering to a teamwork process in Sainampeung school. The target group for this research consisted of 9 experts and 17 experts using Delphi technique. And deputy director and a group of 130 teachers at sainampeung school by selecting a specific. The tools in this research were content analysis. structured interview Estimate scale type questionnaire Checklist form. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, range between quartile and t-test. The results showed that 1) The main components consist of the classroom research process. Development of academic teams in educational institutions and the process of academic administration 2) The academic administrative model comprising the research process in the classroom has 5sub-components. The components of academic team development in educational institutions consist of 5 sub-components. And there are 4 sub-components of the academic administrative process. And all indicators. There is a very high level of suitability and a high level of consistency across all issues.3) The experimental results were based on the academic management model of teachers' classroom research to improve the quality of education by adhering to the teamwork process in Sainampung School found that.(1) Teachers can apply the knowledge gained to improve the process of learning management to develop learners. Make personnel and stakeholders know and understand about the development of the academic team.(2) The results of the study of opinions on the model of academic administration found that (1) conducting research in the classroom Personnel and stakeholders were very satisfied.(2) Development of academic staff in educational institutions Personnel and stakeholders were very satisfied with the opportunity to perform joint activities and (3) Academic administration process in educational institutions Personnel and stakeholders understand and realize their roles and responsibilities.4)The results of the evaluation of the academic administration model were found to be appropriate. And there is a possibility all elements are at a high level.
