ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION COMPETENCIES AMONG SCHOOL PRINCIPALS UNDER BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follows study the level of academic administration competencies of school principals among school principals under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two. The sample consisted of three hundred and forty-one principals and teachers employed in schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area, Office Two, and using stratified random sampling. There were three hundred and Forty-one questionnaires collected. The instruments used for data collection included a five- point rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was at 0.95 The data analysis was performed by mean, standard deviation.

The research findings are summarized found that The level of academic administration competencies of school principals as a whole was at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found to the promoting research for improving the quality of learning management. In contrast, when considered to the developing the curriculum, the result is at the lowest level.
