THE INTEGRATION OF BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES IN ADMINISTRATION OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY TO WORKING OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This article has the objectives are 1) study about Buddhist principles in administration occupational health and safety to working of construction project in Chonburi Province 2) study about problems conditional of administration occupational health and safety to working of construction project in Chonburi Province 3) study about integration of Buddhist principles administration occupational health and safety to working of construction project in Chonburi Province. The result is found that 1) Buddhist principles administration occupational health and safety to working is Four Bases of Psychic Power (Idhibhatha 4) such as 1. Preference (Chandha) is willingness to work 2. Strength (Viriya) is diligent in the work that he or she has been assigned 3. (Chitta) is responsibility for work 4. Vimangsa is consideration at work. There are finding deficiencies in administration occupational health and safety to working of construction project in Chonburi Province. Included find strengths and weaknesses, priority to be adapted to be appropriate and transparent and maximum efficiency 2) Problems conditional of administration occupational health and safety to working of construction project in Chonburi Province such as personnel issues, equipment, budget and general administrative issues 3) Integration of Buddhist principles administration occupational health and safety to working of construction project in Chonburi Province in administration. In accordance with PDCA has apply Itthibath 4 such as Chandha, Viriya, Chitta, Vimangsa to manage the safety to be successful. There will reduce the loss caused by accidents and encourage safety in work. In order to accomplish the work efficiently and safely in the sustainable organization comply with safety regulations depends supporting for budget, personnel, tools and equipment and schedule management.
