Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the components of Strategic Leadership Development in School Administration towards Professional Learning Community of Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 2)  to study current state Strategic Leadership Development in School Administration towards Professional Learning Community of Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 3) to study the guidelines to develop Strategic Leadership in School Administration towards Professional Learning Community of Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research results were found that 1) The factors of Strategic Leadership Development in School Administration towards Professional Learning Community of Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 Consisted of 4 aspects  include: (1) setting direction of school (2) personal motivation and development (3) team working and maintenance and (4) performance on a moral basis. 2) The state of Strategic Leadership towards Professional Learning Community of Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3  to the executive's expect was high level. 3) Guidelines for the development Strategic Leadership in School Administration towards Professional Learning Community of Schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 found that there were 4 aspects 12 guidelines.
