PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT IN ACADEMIC WORK OF BASIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS CHAMPI - SRI THAT NETWORK GROUP UNDER THE OFFICE OF UDON THANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

 The objective of the research was to study the Participatory management in academic work of basic education institutions Champi - Sri That Network Group under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample selected was 45 principles and teachers in Champi - Sri That Network Group under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2, collected using Purposive Sampling. The tools employed in data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with 32 questions, IOC between 0.67-1.00 and reliability value with 0.96. The data were analyzed by Frequency distributions, Percentage, Means and Standard deviation. The findings are as follows: 1) The research found that the average level of The Participatory management in academic work of basic education institutions Champi - Sri That Network Group under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 was high. The five-high-rated areas were Participation in the evaluation (=4.33), Participation in the decision making (= 4.28), Participation in the operations (= 4.2) and Participation in the receiving benefits (= 4.21). 2) The development guidelines of the Participatory management in academic work of basic education institutions Champi - Sri That Network Group under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 2 were as follows. Participation in the decision making was high level, The development guidelines to maintain a stable level is principles and teachers should be involved in planning and setting the course objectives together. Participation in the operations was high level, The development guidelines to maintain a stable level or develop to the highest level is principles and teachers must be involved in organizing the learning process. Participation in the receiving benefits was high level, The development guidelines to maintain a stable level or develop to the highest level is principles and teachers should be knowledgeable about curriculum assessments and development guidelines. Participation in the evaluation was high level, The development guidelines to maintain a stable level or develop to the highest level is principles and teachers should be involved in the course evaluation and lesson plans.
