ADMINISTRATION OF TRAINING FOR MILITARY STUDENTS IN THE NEW NORMAL FOR TRAINING MILITARY STUDENTS RESERVE FORCE MILITARY CIRCLE STUDENT TRAINING CENTER 41ST

Abstract

The research aimed at 1) studying the management conditions of the Officer Training Corps Student in the new normal of the 41st Military Circle Student Training Center 2) investigating the management of Officer Training Corps Student in the new normal of the 41st Military Circle Student Training Center in the new normal, 3) to propose the management of the Officer Training Corps Student in new normal of the 41st Military Circle Student Training Center. The study employed a qualitative research method with data collection by an in-depth interview with 15 informants for the condition study, 3 people for drafting the administration, and 7 people for presenting the management. The results were as follows 1)The condition of management of Officer Training Corps Student in new normal of the 41st Military Circle Student Training Center consisted of 5 processes as follows: (1) curriculum with being optimized in the covid-19 situation, (2) training management with plan regular training with Google meet,  (3) teaching technology with application online meeting programs in teaching and learning, (4) training activities with key activities including Army Reserve Command. Cyber, Army Reserve Command Network, Army Reserve Command Innovation model, (5), evaluation, knowledge testing, competence testing, intentions, and participation in training. 2) Management of Officer Training Corps Student in new normal of the 41st Military Circle Student Training Center consisted of (1) curriculum with awareness and necessity of the curriculum that has been developed and administered by PLC system, knowledge creation about Active Learning with online teaching model, (2) training management consisting of studying, understanding course documents and establishing curriculum, performance base training management, preparing learning units, individual learner analysis, managing training in a variety of ways and techniques, dissemination of knowledge of proactive training management, and follow-up and evaluation of training management, (3) teaching technology including availability survey, equipment, technology, managing learning in groups, online platforming, promoting the performance of media creation, creating and developing a portfolios system, (4) training activities including cognitive building, integration of online training activities, Integrated training activities, and (5) evaluation consisting of balancing qualitative evaluation, using technology to enhance testing, measuring and evaluating performance, setting suitable indicators for online teaching, and evolvement of military student directors in assessment. 3) The experts had already checked the management of Officer Training Corps Student in the new normal of the 41st Military Circle Student Training Center and firmly stated the management was appropriate, possible, and beneficial.
