DEVELOPING PERSONALITY OF THE BACHELOR OF EDUCATION PROGRAM STUDENTS LOPBURI COLLEGE OF DRAMATIC ARTS BUNDITPATANASILPA INSTITUTE THROUGH ACTIVE LEARNING

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: to examine the Undergraduates student  of Education Program’s personality Lopburi College of Dramatic Arts through active learning; and to assess their willingness toward learning activity  through active learning. The target group comprises of 50 students who are studying in the first years in the 2565 educational year of Lopburi College of Dramatic Arts. The results showed that 1) The personality of the students who experience through active learning is 80% equal to the criteria significantly at a level of 0.01;  2) As a result of the active learning, The personality of the group is significantly higher at the 0.01 level; 3) The learners are satisfy their active learning as they view that this method

enable them in different ways including: personality development, enhance analytical thinking skills and searching for information on their own, enhance skills in working with others, fun learning and relaxed, Increase assertiveness confidence, learning motivate and content review.
