FACTORS OF INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS AFFECTING THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION IN PRIMARY SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF UDONTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) study the factors of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province; 2)study the learning organization of educational institutions under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province; 3)study the relationship between the factors of innovative leadership of school administrators and learning organizations of educational institutions under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province; and, 4)create an equation for predicting innovative leadership of executives affecting the learning organization of educational institutions under the Primary Education Service Area Office in Udon Thani Province. Teaching under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Udon Thani Province, Academic Year 2021, 368 teachers were obtained by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The innovation leadership factor was .989 and the learning organization of educational institutes under the Primary Education Service Area Office in Udon Thani Province was .976. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Determination of Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were also used. The results showed that: 1) The overall factors of Innovative Leadership of School directors under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province and each aspect are at a high level. 2) The overall learning organization of the educational institution under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province and each aspect are at a high level. 3) Factors of Innovative Leadership of School directors and Educational Organizations Under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province have a positive relationship, statistically significant at the .01 and .05 levels. 4) Multiple regression analysis of Innovative Leadership Factors Affecting Educational Organizations under the Office of Primary Education Service Areas in Udon Thani Province, with innovative leadership factors as predictive variables. The variance of effectiveness was statistically significant at the .01 and .05 levels, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of .702 and a decision coefficient (R2) of .493, or percentage prediction of 49.30. A forecast equation can be written in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows.
