INTEGRATING BUDDHIST TEACHING METHODS WITH EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIONS FOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

This academic paper aims to present the concepts, and to propose some guidelines for learning management approaches for learners in the 21st century. Designing and creating innovations in learning in accordance with the content being taught. Encouraging the learners to learn, acquiring and understanding the content and finding ways to originate the new educational innovations in order to further enhance the education of learners. Relying on the innovations, solving problems or developing learning process, there are 9 important steps: 1) formulating a conceptual framework for development 2) analyzing the Basic Education Core Curriculum 3) determining the learning objectives 4) defining the characteristics of learning innovations 5) exploring the resources for the innovation development 6) designing learning innovations 7) formulating a strategy plan for the learning innovations development 8) examining, experimenting and developing learning innovations and 9) summarizing and evaluating the learning outcomes, and integrating of the Buddhist teaching methods with learning management.
