ETHICAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract
This academic paper aimed to present the ethical leadership of school administrators as a model of good ethical conduct, acceptability for their integrity, trustworthiness, fairness and care combined with the concepts of academic principles, human resource development, budgeting, and general administration that leads to guidelines for improving educational institutions through the use of ethical leadership of school administrators in the 21st century that is a century of awakening for change in many academic disciplines and in many paradigms. The author, therefore, pays attention to the presentation of ethical leadership qualities of school administrators in the 21st century as those who have high leadership values and ethics because it is essential that educational leaders must have awareness on their tasks and responsibility with extra care towards the schools and community. In the 21st century, school administrators, therefore, need to have knowledge and morality that reflects the foundation of skills, potentials, visions and versatilities in school administration to achieve success together with having a foundation of high morality and ethics and being a complete human being and being able to work with others happily.
