ENHANCEMENT OF BUDDHIST ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE WELFARE FOR THE VULNERABLE GROUPS IN THAI SOCIETY

Abstract
This academic article aims to present the enhancement of Buddhist alternative medical welfare for vulnerable groups in Thai society. The concept of health care, by using Buddhist alternative medicine principles in the restoration of physical, mental and emotional health, is the restoration and treatment through meditation, local wisdom and application of Buddhist principles in medical treatment. This also includes the application of local wisdom, thoughts and development in building houses in the landscape that is appropriate and beneficial for the living context of the vulnerable groups of Thai society at present and in the future.
