GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND THE REMEDY OF PEOPLE DURING THE COVID-19

Abstract

The objective of this article is to study the government policies and the remedy of people during the COVID-19 epidemic situation that the government must manage the country to transcend this crisis with citizens' remedial measures through various programs such as: We Do Not Leave Anyone; Paying Half from Each Party; and We Win. In addition, the Ministry of Finance has issued emergency loan measures to various occupation groups affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Since such a situation has occurred in Thailand, the Royal Gazette was published for an Emergency Decree on Public Administration in an Emergency Situation by prohibiting the people from leaving their living places throughout the country unless it is necessary. As a result, the people of various occupations have to stop working and suddenly lack income. Some people have to be laid off because the business was closed. This has caused troubles all over Thailand and made the government under General Prayut Chan-o-cha, the Prime Minister, see the pains of the people in Thailand. The government, therefore, has had meetings with all government sectors in developing various projects in helping the people.
