THE LAW; THE RULE OF HUMANITY: THE SUPPORTIVE WAY OF LIFE

Abstract

This article aims to present the results of a study on the legal concepts, the rule of humanity: the supportive way of life. The results of the study are as follows. In the present, the supportive way of life may have changed according to the social conditions of each era. The mutual support according to human and natural principles and thorough mutual understanding is, however, of great importance. This will cause this world to be peaceful for living with less conflict. This also includes the living of daily life that proceeds without worries towards the safety of life and property. That is because these preliminary factors affect human beings in carrying out their work to achieve the purposes. Therefore, deeply understanding the value of humanity among humans, the author considers that it is the best method and principle for bringing peace and fraternity to this globe.
