Abstract
This academic paper aims to present concepts and to present a learning management approach for learners in the 21st century. Instructional design on the fundamentals of teaching design. Expanding the scope of the fundamentals of teaching design and problem solving by integrating principles, theories into practice. by integrating with key learning management skills in the 21st century for learners, including reading, reading, writing arithmetic, critical thinking & problem solving, creativity & innovation, cross-culture understanding, collaboration, teamwork & leadership, communications, information & media literacy, computing & ict literacy , career & learning skills and compassion.
