Abstract

Khanti (patience) and Soracca (modesty) are both the Dhamma that help the people being firm, not being discouraged, not giving up on hardships but being committed to the expected goals. This type of people has 4 characteristics as follows; patience of hardships, patience of sufferings, patience of mental pains, and patience of power of passion. They are  modest. The Dhamma principles help protect the external behaviors of humans to be graceful and calm. Whatever they face with an unsatisfactory emotions, they are able to suppress their emotions and mental hurts without showing any improper behavior. They do not show any signs of being  physically unlovable. They always make everyone nearby be happy and comfortable in fellowship.
